§ 116.52 IDENTIFICATION CARD PROHIBITIONS.
   No person shall transfer, alter or deface an identification card issued by a public official for the purpose of altering, changing or misleading another person as to the age or identity of the person described thereon; use the identification card of another person; carry or use a false or forged identification card; or obtain an identification card by means of false information.
