Holders of a state-issued authorization to provide cable or video services that are providing such services within the city shall provide public, education and government (PEG) access in the manner provided in ILCS Ch. 220, Act 5, § 21-601. Receipt of the ordinance enacting this section (Ord. 3559) by a state-authorized provider of cable and video services shall be considered a request by the city to provide such PEG access.
