(A) Businesses must be registered before operating within the city limits.
(B) Registrations are effective from one year of the the anniversary date of approval.
(C) The City Clerk shall notify the registered business of the impending expiration date within 30 days of expiration. However, it is the obligation of each business to renew its registration and failure to receive an expiration notification is not a defense for operating without a registration.
