§ 110.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BUSINESS. Any for profit business operated by a sole proprietor, partnership, corporation or organization within the city.
   CITY. The City of O’Fallon, St. Clair County, Illinois.
   OWNERS. Any sole proprietor, partners, corporation or organization.
