§ 97.01 FIRE PREVENTION PROVISIONS ADOPTED.
   The current adopted edition of the International Code Council (ICC) Code as approved and amended by the Office of the State Fire Marshall, is hereby adopted by the city as fully as if set out at length herein. The provisions thereof shall be controlling within the corporate limits and the area of jurisdiction of the city.
