§ 93.15 BOARD OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT.
   The Mayor shall, with the approval of the City Council, proceed to appoint a Board of nine Directors for the public library, chosen from the citizens at large. One member of the City Council shall act as a liaison between the Directors and the City Council.
