The City Clerk, in a book provided for such purpose, shall keep a permanent record of those interred, lot ownership and lots sold. The Clerk will work with the Director of Parks and Recreation from time to time as to the policies to be pursued and laws necessary for the efficient operation of the City Cemetery.
