§ 90.09 NON-TRADITIONAL PETS.
   The keeping of other animals or pets is permitted; provided that:
   (A)   There shall be no more than one animal per household or per acre;
   (B)   Such animals shall be confined within a suitably fenced area; and
   (C)   Their keeping does not constitute a nuisance or hazard to the peace, health and welfare of the community in general and neighbors in particular.
