§ 90.08 WILD ANIMALS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to conduct, operate or maintain in the city any small farm or place where animals that are ferae naturae, not domestic, are kept or raised without having first secured a permit therefore. Applications for such permits shall be made in compliance with the provisions of this code of ordinances, and the annual fee therefor shall be $100.
   (B)   Any premises so used shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition, with adequate fences to restrain such animals within the place and to prevent children from coming into contact with any such animal. All such places shall be cleaned at least twice a week and more often as may be necessary to prevent the accumulation of refuse, decaying matter or any other offensive substance thereon; and such places shall be kept free from rodents.
