§ 90.03 DANGEROUS DOGS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to have, keep, maintain or have in the person’s possession or control within the corporate limits of the city any dangerous dog.
   (B)   DANGEROUS DOG means:
      (1)   Any dog which has inflicted severe injury on a human being without provocation on public or private property;
      (2)   Any dog which has killed a domestic animal without provocation while off the owner’s property; or
      (3)   Any dog owned or harbored primarily or in part for the purpose of dog fighting, or any dog trained for dog fighting.
