(B) In addition to the prohibitions set forth in §§ 51.056 and 51.057 of this chapter, the pretreatment standard for incompatible pollutants introduced into a treatment works by a major contributing industry shall be that established by a promulgated effluent limitations guideline defining best practicable control technology currently available pursuant to §§ 301(b) and 304(b) of the Act.
