§ 33.09 AMENDMENTS.

The Planning Commission may consider bylaw amendments at any regular meeting, after proper notice. The Planning Commission may then recommend such amendments. Once approved by the Commission, all amendments shall be forwarded to the Town Council for its approval. The amendments to the bylaws shall be effective upon approval by the Town Council.
