§ 31.072 PREPARATION; DELIVERY TO MEMBERS.
   The Town Manager and the Mayor shall prepare a written agenda for each meeting of the Town Council. All items to be considered shall appear on the written agenda, which shall be available to each member of the Council no later than the Friday prior to the regular meeting.
