After a site plan has been approved by the Town Engineer, minor adjustments of the site plan, which comply with the spirit of this section and other provisions of this Chapter 155, with the intent of the approving bodies in their approval of site plans, and with the general purpose of the master plan for development of the area, may be approved by the Town Engineer, with concurrence of the reviewing authorities concerned. Any such minor adjustment must be in writing signed by the Town Engineer to be effective. No such minor adjustment shall be granted that has the effect of a zoning variance.
