§ 155.021 CONTENTS OF PRELIMINARY SITE PLAN.

   Every preliminary site plan submitted in accordance with this chapter shall show the location of the following land uses that involve:

   (A)   Residential uses;

   (B)   Commercial uses;

   (C)   Industrial uses;

   (D)   Governmental uses;

   (E)   Institutional uses;

   (F)   School sites;

   (G)   Parks;

   (H)   Playgrounds;

   (I)   Recreation areas;

   (J)   Parking areas;

   (K)   Other open spaces; and

   (L)   Resource protection areas (RPAs).
