§ 111.16 TRANSFERABILITY.

A license issued under this chapter shall not be transferred from one person to another. A new owner is required to obtain a beginner’s license in accordance with § 111.14. If a business changes name without change of ownership, the change shall be so stated in writing to the Town Treasurer.
