§ 92.08 EXEMPTIONS.
   The following activities or sources of noise shall be exempt from the prohibitions set forth in this subchapter:
   (A)   Town sanctioned activities in town parks or facilities.
   (B)   Public transportation.
   (C)   Public safety activities by government entities.
