§ 91.09 FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS; SYSTEMS OUT OF SERVICE.
   Where a required fire protection system is out of service, the Public Safety Communications Center and the Fire Marshal shall be notified immediately and, where required by the Fire Marshal, the building shall be evacuated and/or an approved and documented fire watch shall be provided for all occupants and premises left unprotected by the inoperative system until the fire protection system has been returned to service and the fire watch has been terminated by the Fire Marshal. Where utilized, fire watches shall be provided with at least one approved means for notification of the Fire Department and their only duty shall be to perform constant patrols of the premises and keep watch for fire.
