§ 74.04 PRESUMPTION OF ABANDONMENT.

It shall be presumed that such vehicle is abandoned if it lacks either a current license plate, a current town license decal, or a valid Commonwealth safety inspection certificate or sticker or other inspection sticker if required by law and if it has been in a specific location for four days without being moved.
