Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter shall be guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). Upon subsequent convictions, the penalty shall be a misdemeanor of the third degree and a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for not more than sixty (60) days or both in addition to any other penalties as imposed by this Chapter. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues. (Ord. 48-22. Passed 10-11-22.)
