(a) All department directors and assistant directors shall be entitled to 240 hours of paid vacation time per year, accumulated at a rate of 9.23 hours per pay period. This amendment shall be retroactive to the first paycheck of 2018.
(b) All other matters related to vacation time and vacation time accumulation shall be as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
