305.01 THROUGH STREETS.
   The following streets shall be through streets:
   Groveport Road.
   Alum Creek Drive.
   Rathmell Road.
   Roggie Avenue.
   Canton Avenue.
   Mathews Avenue.
   Chandler Avenue.
   Lisle Avenue.
   Obetz Avenue.
   Victor Avenue.
   Bridlewood Blvd.
   East Howard Road.
   Irwin Avenue.
