(a) The Chief of Police is hereby authorized and directed to accept cash from the mandatory drug fines imposed on convicted drug offenders in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R.C. 2925.03(J) and (K).
(b) The Chief of Police is hereby directed to place all cash received into a special law enforcement mandatory drug fine fund with the Director of Finance to be used solely for law enforcement efforts pertaining to drug offenses. Such fund shall be a separate special fund.
