Application for a Temporary Use Permit shall be made to the Zoning Inspector. Such applications must contain a graphic description of the property to be utilized and a site plan, a description of the proposed use, and sufficient information to determine yard requirements, setback, sanitary facilities, parking spaces for the proposed temporary accessory structure or use, and any other information deemed appropriate by the Zoning Inspector. Unless otherwise stated, temporary use permits expire within one (1) year of issuance.
