733.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (a)   Indoor shooting and archery ranges shall be permitted within the Municipality. However, no person shall maintain or operate an indoor shooting or archery range without first having obtained a license therefore. Application for such license shall be made to the Administrator upon such blanks as shall be prescribed by the Administrator. In making the application, the applicant shall state his name, whether a person, firm or corporation, the place at which such business is conducted or maintained and further information as may be required by the Administrator. The applicant must also show compliance with all relevant Ohio statutes, codes and regulations related to indoor shooting ranges and/or archery ranges including, but not limited to, OAC §1501:31-29-03.
   (b)     Improper Zoning. A license will not be issued on property not zoned for such a facility. Indoor shooting and archery ranges shall not be permitted in residentially zoned districts.
   (c)    Revoking a License. Before a license can be revoked, the permit recipient shall be given ten days' written notice of intent to revoke the license. The notice shall inform the recipient of the alleged reasons for the revocation and of the right to obtain a hearing on the allegations before Council. If a permit is revoked, the Administrator shall provide to the permittee a written statement of the reasons for the decision.
