(a) Prosecution of Violation. Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with a provision of this Ordinance shall be prosecuted within the limits provided by state and local laws. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense. Violations shall be classified as minor misdemeanors. Whoever violates any provision of this Ordinance shall be fined as prescribed in Section 501.99 of the Codified Ordinances.
(b) Violation Penalties. Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with a provision of this Chapter shall be prosecuted within the limits provided by state or local laws. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense. A violation shall be classified as a minor misdemeanor for a person's first offense and shall be classified as a fourth degree misdemeanor for every subsequent offense.
