183.09 TAXPAYERS’ RECORDS.

Each person required by this chapter to pay the tax imposed hereby shall keep records containing such information and in such form as the Finance Director may by his regulations require. Such records shall be open at any time during business hours for inspection by the Finance Director or any duly authorized employee of the Finance Director.
