9.01 NOMINATIONS.

Nominations for all elected offices of Obetz shall be made by petition only and no primary shall be held to nominate officers of Obetz. Nominating petitions shall be in the form determined by the election authorities and shall be filed with the election authorities provided under the general laws of Ohio. Nominating petitions shall be signed by at least 25 electors of Obetz but not more than 50 electors of Obetz.
