181.23 SEVERABILITY.

If any sentence, clause, section, or part of this Chapter is found to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, only those portions determined to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid shall be affected. Such determination shall not affect nor impair any of the remaining provisions of this Chapter.
