955.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates Section 955.03(a), 955.11(g), or 955.16(a) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor in the third degree.
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 955.11(e) or 955.20(a) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor in the first degree.
   (c)   Whoever violates any section of this chapter, except as provided in this subsection, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
