(a) No person shall place any boat, canoe, raft or watercraft of any type upon or in a lake, pond, stream or other waters within the boundaries of the park without specific written permission from the Director.
(b) Wading, swimming, bathing, ice skating or entering into any ponds, streams, lakes, reservoirs, fountains or any other water repository is strictly prohibited without the express permission of the director.
