955.05 POLICE TO ENFORCE RULES AND REGULATIONS.

Law enforcement officers within the scope of their employment and authority may enforce these ordinances of the Village of Obetz and rules and regulations adopted hereunder. (Ord. 12-05. Passed 9-12-05.)
