955.03 DESTRUCTION AND ALTERATION OF PROPERTY.

(a) No person shall construct, create or attempt to create or erect any structures, trails, paths, roads, ball fields, or landscape features without permission from the Parks and Recreation Department.

(b) No person shall purposely cause the removal or replacement of any shore bound structure or waterway.
