955.01 DEFINITIONS.
   (a)    PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT shall mean the Village of Obetz, Parks and Recreation Department.
   (b)    DEPARTMENT shall mean the Village of Obetz, Parks and Recreation Department.
   (c) PARK shall mean all village parks, parklands or waterways, and improvements within the parks including the Obetz Athletic Club, Community Center, Government Center, concession stands, and parking lots as well as all other areas granted out or under lease, license, written or concession agreement.
   (d) DIRECTOR shall mean the Director of the Parks and Recreation Department or any representative the director designates.
   (e)    PERSON shall mean any individual, company, partnership, corporation, or association, or combination of individuals, or any employee, agent or officer thereof.
   (f)    FISH OR FISHING shall mean taking or attempting to take fish by hook and line, and all other acts, such as placing, setting, drawing or using any device commonly used to take fish whether resulting in such taking or not.   .
   (g)    ANIMAL OR ANIMALS shall mean quadrupeds, birds, fish, reptiles, amphibians and insects.
   (h)    MOTOR VEHICLE shall mean any vehicle propelled or drawn by power other than muscular power.
   (i)    VEHICLE shall mean everything on wheels.
   (j)    WATERCRAFT shall mean any vessel designed for navigation on water, including, but not limited to any rowboat, sailboat or motorboat.
   (k)    MOTORBOAT shall mean any watercraft propelled by any mechanical device, electric motor, or internal combustion engine.
   (l)    WATERWAYS shall mean all city-controlled water included, but not limited to, reservoirs, reservoir lands, lakes, creeks, streams, ponds, fountains, and water-filled quarries.
   (m)   CAMPING shall mean utilization of any piece of equipment for sleeping in or upon, included, but not limited to, a sleeping bag, hammock, motor vehicle, trailer, tent, tarp, or vessel for the purpose of occupying a portion of City-owned or controlled property waterway for temporary or permanent outdoor living.
