For the purpose of avoiding injury to any person, property or the financial interest in the Village of Obetz, Ohio, the Administrator is hereby authorized to curtail any portion, up to one hundred percent of the industrial, public authority and commercial total connected gas load to the extent required to avoid such injury in the discretion of the Administrator. Any person that does not comply with a curtailment order shall be subject to service termination.
