947.04 SUPPLY WITHOUT PERMIT.

The Village of Obetz, Ohio shall not be required to supply gas to any person, firm or corporation, unless a conforming application for service, “gas tap application,” has been submitted to the Village of Obetz, Ohio and the Village of Obetz, Ohio approves the application.
