(a) Schedule "CS" is applicable for service supplied to what is ordinarily designated and recognized as commercial facilities including, but not limited to, distribution centers, warehouses and office complexes where the Village of Obetz, Ohio's mains are adjacent to the premises to be served.
(b) Commercial Service Charges. The monthly charge for Commercial Service Schedule "CS" shall be the sum of the charges set forth below:
(1) Customer service charge:
$20.00 Per meter per month.
(2) Volumetric charge: The volumetric charge is as follows:
For each Mcf per month $1.40
(3) Commodity charge: A charge established periodically by the Village Administrator that is sufficient to permit the Village to recover timely its actual delivered cost of obtaining a natural gas supply sufficient to meet the needs of customers. This charge may be established based on estimated values for costs and sales with adjustments to permit the reconciliation between the estimated and actual values. The delivered cost shall include all costs incurred to obtain, manage and monitor a flowing gas supply, the cost of administering any supply or delivery contracts, the costs of ancillary services, the cost of regulatory proceedings and such other costs as may be related to the gas supply function.
(4) Operating cost surcharge: The customer shall reimburse the Village of Obetz, Ohio for all costs incurred by the Village of Obetz, Ohio as a result of variations between the amount of gas consumed by the customer and the amount of gas delivered to the Village of Obetz, Ohio’s Delivery Point including but not limited to any balancing penalties or costs imposed on the Village of Obetz, Ohio by Columbia Gas of Ohio in accordance with the contract.
(5) Un-accounted for gas adjustment: Shall be equal to the amount charged to the Village of Obetz, Ohio according to Columbia Gas of Ohio’s transportation agreement with the Village of Obetz, Ohio.
