943.10 GENERAL SERVICE; MEDIUM, SCHEDULE “OB-2".
   Schedule “OB-2" is available for general service to Customers with maximum demands between 201 and 750 KW.
   (a)   Monthly Rate.

   (b)   Minimum Monthly Charge. Bills computed under the above rate are subject to the operation of a minimum monthly charge. The minimum monthly charge is the sum of the customer charge plus the product of the demand charge and the highest monthly billing demand in the last twelve months.
   (c)   Billing Demand. The monthly billing demand shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement for Wholesale Electric Service currently with South Central Power Company dated September 1, 1998.
   (d)   Fuel Adjustment Charge. In addition to the charges set forth in the above schedule, there shall be a Fuel Adjustment Charge as determined by the Agreement for Wholesale Electric Service currently with South Central Power Company dated September 1, 1998 on a monthly basis. This Fuel Adjustment Charge will be billed upon a Kwh basis and will be included in the calculation of the Customer's monthly bill.
   (e)   Purchased Power Adjustment. Monthly charges computed under this schedule shall be adjusted for increases or decreases in the Electric Utility's delivered cost of electrical energy arising from future changes in the rates and charges established by agreements between the Electric Utility and its suppliers. The above rates and charges have been established based on the demand and energy charges contained in the Agreement for Wholesale Electric Service currently with South Central Power Company dated September 1, 1998 and considering the Electric Utility's other costs of providing service. This adjustment provision shall be applied to alter the above rates and charges as a result of any changes in the power supply charges contained in the Agreement for Wholesale Electric Service currently with South Central Power Company dated September 1, 1998 or as a result of any new power supply agreement entered into by the Electric Utility provided such new power supply agreement contains rates and charges different than those contained in the Agreement for Wholesale Electric Service currently with South Central Power Company dated September 1, 1998.
   (f)   Tax Adjustment. The rates and charges specified herein and the resulting bills to Customers shall be adjusted to collect any taxes imposed on the Electric Utility or upon the use of electricity by Customers from and after the effective date of this Section. (Ord. 14-00. Passed 4-3-00.)
