The Electric Utility may supply temporary service when it has available capacity. The Customer will purchase temporary service under any schedule applicable to the Customer's class of business and will, in addition, pay to the Electric Utility, in advance, the Electric Utility's estimated total cost of installing and removing its facilities necessary for the temporary service. The total cost will include all material, labor and overheads, with appropriate credits being given to salvageable material and to facilities to be used in subsequent permanent service.
