939.09 ILLEGAL USE OF WATER.

It shall be illegal for unauthorized person, company, or others to turn off or on as a result of fraud or illegal diversion of water, for unpaid service, or other violations of the rules and regulations of the Department of Water. (Ord. 39-00. Passed 6-19-00.)
