171.01 MAYOR’S COURT COMPUTER FUNDS.

(a) A Mayor’s Court Computer Fund “A” is hereby established pursuant to Ohio R.C. 1907.261(A). Said fund shall be used to pay the cost of computerization of the court, to make available computerized legal research services, or to do both. A fee of three dollars ($3.00) shall be collected from all traffic and criminal fines for deposit into the fund.

(b) A Mayor’s Court Computer Fund “B” is hereby established pursuant to Ohio R.C. 1907.261(B). Said fund shall be used to pay the cost of computerization of the Clerk of Court’s Office. A fee of ten dollars ($10.00) shall be collected from all traffic and criminal fines for deposit into the fund.
