155.04 UNAUTHORIZED DISPOSITION PROHIBITED.

No person having the custody of any records shall destroy them, or dispose of them, or procure or permit their destruction, without the written authorization from the Record Commission. (Ord. 70-98. Passed 7-20-98.)
