(a) No person shall engage in the business of motor vehicle racing within the Municipality without first obtaining an annual license therefor.
(b) Applications for an annual license under this chapter must be filed with the Mayor on sworn application in writing on a form to be furnished by the Mayor.
(c) The annual fee for the application of the motor vehicle racing license shall be five hundred dollars ($500.00) annually.
