713.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both. Each day during which an act is done in violation of this chapter, or a condition permitted to exist in violation of this chapter, shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
