(a) The Code Enforcement Officer shall inspect or cause to be inspected at least once every six months all junk yards or junk shops in the Municipality. The inspections shall be for the purpose of seeing that such premises are operated in conformity with this chapter and are kept in a safe, sanitary condition.
(b) The Office of the Administrator shall enforce the terms and conditions of this chapter.
