713.06 PREMISES TO BE KEPT IN A SANITARY CONDITION.

All premises used as a junk yard or junk shop shall be kept and maintained in as clean, sanitary and neat condition as such business will reasonably permit. The person operating the junk yard or junk shop shall maintain the premises so that rats, vermin and fire hazards are as far as practicable reduced to a minimum.
