705.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (a)    No person shall operate any pool table or poolroom within the Municipality unless a license has been obtained from the Mayor.
   (b)    Before receiving a license the applicant shall pay seven dollars ($7.00) for the first table and three dollars fifty cents ($3.50) for each additional table.
