No person shall locate, construct, use, operate, repair or maintain any swimming pool except in compliance with:
(a) The provisions of this chapter;
(b) The Building Code and other ordinances, standards, rules and regulations enforced by the Building Inspector;
(c) Appendix “D”, OBOA, Ohio Building Official Association code.
(d) Standards, rules and regulations of the health authority of the Village and as enforced by the health authority of the Village;
(e) Standards, rules and regulations of the State Board of Health governing public swimming pools.(Ord. 36-03. Passed 5-19-03.)
