1323.16 POLE SIGNS.

These signs shall maintain a design and be certified by a licensed engineer to show structure is capable of withstanding the required wind load of a minimum of exposure “B” of the Ohio Building Code, and shall not in any way be a menace to persons or property. Sign sizes and height shall comply with Section 1323.15 a (4). (Ord. 36-03. Passed 5-19-03.)
