1323.12 SIGN IN RIGHT OF WAY PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.
   No sign shall be placed in any public right of way except:
   (a)   A governmental sign, such as a traffic control or directional sign; and
   (b)   Signs in the central business district, provided the signs meet the requirements of this chapter. (Ord. 36-03. Passed 5-19-03.)
